Please see below for list of suggested props for each class along with household object substitutions.
EMBODY:
- meditation cushion and/or 1-2 yoga blankets or large towels (if you'd like to practice meditation on the floor)
- 1-2 yoga blankets or oversized towels (for restorative yoga)
- 1 yoga bloster (for restorative yoga)
- 2 yoga blocks (for restorative yoga)
- eye pillow or eye mask
- yoga mat (optional)
UNRAVEL:
- 1-2 yoga blankets or oversized towels
- a set of yoga tune up balls or tennis balls
- yoga mat (optional)
- 2 yoga blocks
- yoga strap or towel for stretching
